Returns and Refunds

Digital purchases

Digital products are generally nonrefundable once accessed or downloaded. If you make an accidental duplicate purchase or experience a technical problem that prevents access, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will help resolve the problem or issue a refund if we cannot provide access.

Physical purchases

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
